1. To apply for these two certificates, you need to go to the International Travel Health Care Center under the entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureaus of all provinces. For example, in Province A, its name is International Travel Health Care Center of Province A (it can be handled in different places.
2. When you arrive at this place, take the form from the front desk and fill it out (you need to tell the staff your destination and the purpose of your visit, so that the staff can advise you what vaccine to take according to the requirements of your destination country), and then pay the fee to print the receipt.
3. After the payment is completed, you need to take a physical examination form and go to each department for physical examination one by one, and take a vaccination. Remember to return the physical examination form to the front desk after each physical examination item on the physical examination form is completed.
After the form is handed in, the front desk will tell you that it will take several working days to get the proof with the payment receipt (usually three working days). The front desk can also mail it on its behalf, and the mailing fee is generally 30 yuan (please consult the front desk service staff).
You can get the health certificate and vaccine certificate after three working days, which is what we usually call red and yellow books.
