1, oligozoospermia
First of all, everyone should understand that there are individual differences in sperm count, which means that different people may have different sperm counts, so you should not compare with others. In addition, even the same person has different results in different periods. Sperm testing can't be done twice at a time, it needs many times, and the average value can be used to find the problem.
Under normal circumstances, the sperm count of healthy men is not less than 20 million per milliliter. If it is lower than this figure, you should pay attention. Could be oligozoospermia. As for the reason, it is very professional, so I won't analyze it in detail here. As long as we know the results, even if there are problems, we need professional doctors to solve them.
2, azoospermia
If you are an unmarried man, azoospermia is difficult to find, because everything is normal, normal semen will be discharged, and there is no discomfort in life. In general, this disease is only found in infertility examination, and azoospermia accounts for about 10% of infertility. There are two main reasons, one is testicular problems, and the other is vas deferens obstruction.
3, asthenospermia
In male infertility, the proportion of asthenospermia is still very large. The main reason is abnormal sperm. They are also active, but they cannot be introduced into the radial crown and zona pellucida of eggs. The main cause of this disease is infection, which can damage testis, prostate and other tissues and organs, change the composition of seminal plasma, lead to abnormal liquefaction of semen and affect sperm motility.
4, semen does not liquefy
Semen coagulation and liquefaction are two normal physiological phenomena, which are the same for all people. After the semen is discharged from the body, it will quickly solidify and be jelly-like, and it will begin to liquefy after about 5 to 20 minutes. If it enters the other body, the liquefaction time may be earlier. Generally speaking, at room temperature of 25℃, semen does not liquefy for half an hour or completely liquefies within 1 hour, so it is called slow liquefaction or non-liquefaction.
The above four conditions are the four problems that sperm are prone to. As a married woman, you also need to know more about them. Of course, if there is a problem, you still need to go to a regular hospital and seek the help of a professional doctor. We only do health science here, and we don't do any medical reference.
