Health education is a planned, targeted, systematic and evaluated educational activity. Through the intervention of health education, people are encouraged to consciously adopt healthy behaviors and lifestyles in order to improve, maintain and promote individual health. Doing a good job in health education is one of the important measures to fully realize the duties of nurses. Since the development of nursing health education in our hospital, nurses have really come to the ward to provide patients with various health education-from ward environment, ward-related systems and the introduction of doctors by the nurses in charge to disease knowledge, diet guidance, activity guidance, drug knowledge guidance, preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative examination guidance, rehabilitation guidance and follow-up guidance. Health education helps patients to alleviate the anxiety and anxiety caused by diseases, actively cooperate with doctors and nurses in the process of disease treatment, enhance their confidence in overcoming diseases, promote the recovery of diseases, and unremittingly bring healthy life behaviors and ways into their life after discharge, so as to make themselves healthier. Nursing health education plays an important role in clinic, and nurses are also the implementers of health education. Therefore, nurses should strive to improve themselves in theory, operation, quality and other aspects in clinical work, and improve themselves in line with the working concept of "patient-centered" to play their greatest role in nursing health education.
