3. Query the results and get guidance. The target population receives pre-pregnancy eugenics risk assessment report in service institutions, and receives eugenics consultation and guidance. Among them: high-risk groups are guided by district, county-level city population and family planning technical service institutions or designated service institutions to avoid risks; The general population is guided by township population and family planning technical service institutions and grassroots medical and health institutions (community health service centers, town hospitals).
Accept follow-up services. After pregnancy, the target population can receive services such as early pregnancy and pregnancy outcome follow-up provided by population and family planning technical service institutions or designated service institutions.
(2) Work flow of service organizations
1. Free pre-pregnancy eugenics health check-up designated service institutions shall verify the identity of the target population with their ID cards or citizen cards and pre-pregnancy check-up service vouchers.
2. According to the National Population and Family Planning Commission's Notice on Printing and Distributing the Technical Service Specification for the Pilot Project of Free Pre-pregnancy eugenics Health Examination (Trial) and the relevant provisions of the state, province and these Measures, provide standardized free pre-pregnancy eugenics health examination services.
3. Carry out eugenic risk assessment, and issue a "Pre-pregnancy eugenic risk assessment report" to provide eugenic counseling for high-risk target groups and guide further examination, treatment and follow-up services.
4. Establish free pre-pregnancy eugenics health examination data files, and keep them uniformly for 15 years.
