Apple Watch is at least WatchOS 7.3.

2. Why can't the display be updated? It's not that the function is unavailable.

Simply put, this "Update" button only allows the user to upgrade the ECG function from the current (AFiB) v 1 to v2 in the future, that is, the algorithm of maximum 150 BMP can be detected. It doesn't mean that you have to execute the "Update" button above to use ECG and arrhythmia functions, just make sure that your device and system version are supported. 3. How to turn on the ECG function

On the eligible iPhone, open the "Health" App, open the "Health List" at the top, find the "ECG" option at the bottom, and then start setting the birthday. After the setting is completed, the user will be asked to do the first ECG test, and the setting can be completed.
