Children aged 3-6 years are in a critical period of life development, during which good education in preschool education institutions is even more important. The purpose of kindergarten health education is not only to improve children's health knowledge, improve children's attitude towards personal health and public health, cultivate children's behaviors and habits beneficial to personal and social health, but also to pay attention to children's mental health, cultivate children's optimistic, confident and strong personality, and guide children to correctly handle interpersonal relationships. In short, "kindergarten health education" is an education aimed at realizing children's physical and mental health, comprehensively improving children's health awareness and cultivating children's good habits, laying a solid foundation for children's healthy life in the future.
Through free reading and group discussion, this paper interprets the health field of the Guide for Learning and Development of Children Aged 3-6, and further understands the meaning of "health" by combining the characteristics of children of all ages. In addition, the focus of this semester's health field is to cultivate children's good mood, interpersonal communication, physical quality and activity skills, and also light up the navigation light of my work.
The children in this garden have strong personalities, are lively and active, like to play games with their peers, and their balance ability is well developed. Most children have mastered the skills of walking, running and jumping, and can listen to commands and make corresponding actions. However, due to age differences, as well as cognitive, family, hobbies, personality and other reasons, there are still children with poor self-control, disputes and non-compliance with the rules of the game. Then, for children, we must cultivate their good living habits, know how to do their own things, and develop good living habits, hygiene habits and physical exercise habits.
I personally understand that, first of all, health education should run through all aspects of daily life, and collective education should be combined with individual education. First, educate the group and change the behavior habits of the whole group to influence the formation of individual behavior. "Everyone is like this, so am I" and then remind, care and guide individual special children, so that the whole child can get a more comprehensive and healthy development.
Secondly, in terms of mental health, it is necessary to create a relaxed, harmonious, equal and democratic class atmosphere for kindergartens, set up various play areas, cultivate children's lively and cheerful personality, enhance children's self-confidence, encourage children to actively share things with other children, take the initiative to say hello and say goodbye to teachers, and promote the development of children's communication skills while polite education, so that children can form a good personality.
Finally, in terms of activity skills, we should design interesting activities for children and cultivate their skills such as walking, running, jumping, throwing, drilling and climbing in games. By doing children's gymnastics, children's abilities of balance, coordination and flexibility can be further exercised. Encourage children to play with small and medium-sized sports equipment, such as balls, sandbags, dumbbells and homemade equipment. And encourage children to "play one more thing" to cultivate their exploration ability.
In short, the healthy and happy growth of children is the focus of your attention and the primary task of kindergarten education. Health is the source of children's happiness. I hope that through our efforts, we can stimulate children's interest in health and experience the happiness of healthy growth, thus forming a healthy personality and psychological quality and promoting the harmonious development of body and mind, which is the basis of lifelong learning.
