one
testitis
It is caused by a variety of pathogenic bacteria and viruses through blood, lymphatic vessels, vas deferens or epididymis infection, among which orchitis caused by mumps is the most common. In the acute stage, the patient showed scrotal skin swelling and pain, and there was obvious feeling of falling and swelling when walking. If it is not treated properly in the acute stage, it can become chronic orchitis.
2
urethritis
Most of them are caused by retrograde infection, that is, bacteria directly invade the urethra. Patients in acute stage showed hyperemia and edema of urethral mucosa, or erosive ulcer formation, swelling of urethral orifice, mucus or purulent secretion, tenderness and hardening of urethra; Severe cases can affect epididymis and spermatic cord.
three
prostatitis
Acute inflammation of other tissues and organs caused by direct transmission of urethritis or blood and lymphatic infection. Acute prostatitis is characterized by general weakness, backache, perineal and anal discomfort, accompanied by dysuria, frequent urination, urgency and even hematuria. Some people have decreased libido, premature ejaculation or impotence.
four
Nonbacterial prostatitis
There are symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency and sexual dysfunction, but no bacteria were found in the test. It is mainly caused by factors such as excessive sexual life, being in a state of sexual excitement for too long, or pelvic congestion caused by cycling and horseback riding.
five
epididymitis
It is caused by the retrograde spread of urethral stricture, prostatic hyperplasia, urethritis, tuberculosis and gonorrhea. Bilateral epididymal lesions can lead to infertility. Acute symptoms are scrotal swelling and pain, which can involve the lower abdomen and the root of thigh, making it inconvenient to walk. If acute treatment is ineffective, it can turn into chronic epididymitis. Therefore, the treatment of acute phase must be effective.
