What does community governance include?

Community governance refers to the process and mechanism that the government, community organizations, residents and their subordinate units, profit-making organizations and non-profit organizations coordinate and cooperate based on market principles, public interests and community recognition, effectively supply community public products, meet community needs and optimize community order.

Party building services, civil affairs services, cultural and sports education services, medical and health services, environmental health services, community labor security services, and judicial policing.

The overall summary of community work refers to the process of strengthening community functions, solving community problems, promoting the harmonious and healthy development of community politics, economy, culture and environment, and constantly improving the living standards and quality of community members under the leadership of the party and the government. It is also the process of building a new community with orderly management, perfect service, beautiful environment, good public security, convenient life and harmonious interpersonal relationship.

Managing people is always difficult. But the community is everyone's home. So we must face the difficulties. First of all, everyone in the community is required to have the quality of spiritual civilization. We should abide by social morality and have a sense of public society. In short, there is a situation in which everyone is for me and I am for everyone.

It is not easy to manage things. Because of community life, we need not only infrastructure such as coal, water and electricity, but also equipment that can improve the quality of life and ensure the safety of personnel. Therefore, the community should ensure that these devices can be used normally. It is necessary to establish a complete monitoring system, covering personnel access and the use of basic living facilities.

Legal basis: Article 3 of the Organic Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) Urban Residents' Committees stipulates that the tasks of the residents' committees are: (1) to publicize the Constitution, laws, regulations and national policies, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of residents, educate residents to perform their obligations according to law, care for public property, and carry out various forms of socialist spiritual civilization construction activities; (two) to handle the public affairs and public welfare undertakings of the residents in this residential area; (3) Mediation of civil disputes; (4) Assisting in maintaining public order; (five) to assist the people's government or its agencies to do a good job in public health, family planning, special care and relief, youth education and other work related to the interests of residents; (six) to reflect the opinions, demands and suggestions of residents to the people's government or its agencies.
