Think about everything from the perspective of sunshine, and don't always use the dark thinking mode to interpret what is happening around you. For example, if the other person says something that hurts you or does something that makes you uncomfortable, don't always think that the other person is intentional, just think that the other person is unintentional. There is no need to torture yourself without evidence. Laugh when you should, say what you should, and don't think too much.
I think middle school students should be simple, and people of any age should do what they should do at any age. Pretending to be mature is childish.
