Experience of Maintaining Teachers' Mental Health

How to keep teachers' mental health? Teachers who experience mental health should be: complete and harmonious personality; Emotional optimism and stability; Determined. Harmonious interpersonal relationship; Teachers should not only teach, but also educate people. Only teachers with mental health can cultivate students with mental health. It is this particularity of teachers' labor that determines that teachers must have healthy psychological quality. After teaching for several years and fighting with students, I understand the importance of teachers' mental health! The following is my experience. First, keep a healthy mood and a good positive emotional state. Mentally healthy people are always cheerful and optimistic, full of enthusiasm for life and work. The more optimistic people are, the higher their mental health level is. It is generally believed that a healthy mood should be relaxed, cheerful, upward and moderate. Everything happens naturally, and it is normal in terms of reasons, intensity and time changes. If you are moody, the strength is reversed, and the length of time is varied, it is emotional abnormality. There are many reasons that affect people's emotional changes, so we as teachers should be good at adjusting and controlling our emotions. (1) Control emotional outbursts. The outbreak of emotion is passion, which is a very violent and stormy emotional experience. We often use "rage" and "rage" to describe it. Emotional outbursts have both positive and negative effects on life. On the positive side, there are difficulties and obstacles, such as Huang Jiguang blocking the enemy's loophole with his chest and Dong Cunrui's revolutionary passion of blowing up the enemy's bunker with explosive charges. The outbreak of negative emotions is an obstacle to work and career. "It is easy to make people lose their rational thinking. Once they encounter strong stimulation, their minds will swell and they will do simple, rude and blind stupid things regardless of the consequences." Some teachers can't control their emotions at work, and they beat and scold students in a hurry, which leads to accidental injuries to students and serious consequences. To transform and control the outbreak of emotions, we must make full use of the inductive law of cognitive problems and turn temporary negative passion into positive passion. Psychology believes that the degree of passion outbreak depends on people's ability to understand problems. To improve teachers' ability to control passion, the most fundamental thing is to improve ideological awareness and discrimination. (2) cultivate lasting emotions. Persistent emotions are called "emotions" in psychology. Emotion refers to a lasting emotional state that affects people's whole behavior for a long time. Some psychologists vividly call emotions elongated emotions. A positive attitude makes people energetic, in a happy state, clear-headed, eager for knowledge, and can improve work efficiency; Negative mentality makes people depressed, often in a passive state of depression and unhappiness, thus affecting work and study. Occupation and environment put forward high requirements for teachers' mood. Because teachers work with living, growing and individual people. When talking about the feeling in a composition correction, a teacher said: It gives me the encouragement of professionalism, the spur of responsibility and the enjoyment of spiritual beauty. When I am intoxicated with this lofty state of mind again and again, I am so excited and happy, just like climbing a moral mountain, with mountains outside ... I feel so young and passionate that I have forgotten my desk for more than twenty years. This relaxed and happy state of mind, this spirit of forgetting white hair and climbing up the temples as a "red candle" is the real experience of teachers. When a person is in a happy mood, he tends to look at everything around him with a positive eye; On the contrary, when a person is unhappy, everything he sees will be unhappy. Therefore, teachers should strive to eliminate bad emotions and cultivate their positive and lasting emotions. (3) cultivate a sense of humor. Humor is a special emotional expression and a tool for people to adapt to the environment. With a sense of humor, people always have a positive and optimistic attitude towards life. Many things that seem painful, annoying and disgusting are often handled in a humorous way, which often makes unpleasant emotions clean up and become relaxed immediately. When people are depressed and unhappy about something for a long time, if others describe or describe it with humorous words and imitate or play it with vivid and realistic modality, people will always laugh and the troubles in their minds will suddenly disappear. Teachers should show closeness, calmness and humor in front of students. Simple peace will make people feel dull. If a teacher is witty, witty and humorous, it will help to give full play to his classroom teaching skills and artistic effects. Humor can adjust the classroom atmosphere, arouse students' enthusiasm for learning and thinking, and make students feel relaxed and happy instead of tired. Lack of sense of humor and educational tact will often build an incomprehensible wall between teachers and students, adding many unnecessary contradictions. Practice has proved that teachers with a sense of humor can ease the tense atmosphere in education and teaching more than teachers who lack these qualities, so they can handle contradictions with a positive and optimistic attitude, thus keeping their hearts relaxed and calm. Second, establish a good interpersonal relationship, which is interpersonal communication. Everyone has a need to get along with others. Through mutual communication, they can tell their joys and sorrows, enhance their feelings and seek psychological satisfaction. Bacon once said: "When you are frustrated and feel depressed, you can relieve it by talking to a close friend. Otherwise, this stagnation will make people sick ... "The most important thing for people's psychological adaptation is the adaptation to interpersonal relationships. So how do teachers establish good interpersonal relationships? (a) to form a good relationship between teachers and students 1. Establish a correct view of students. Teachers should overcome the wrong idea of condescending and putting individuals above the collective; Teachers should understand and study students, respect and trust students, love and strictly demand students, and earnestly expect every student to succeed; Teachers should give full play to the enthusiasm and initiative of each student, treat students democratically and fairly, evaluate students objectively, and try their best to make each student produce a good pygmalion effect. Only in this way can teachers arouse the enthusiasm of all students, be loved by all students, enhance the cohesion between teachers and students, and form a healthy and harmonious relationship between teachers and students. 2. Improve communication between teachers and students. To shorten the distance between teachers and students, it is necessary to strengthen the communication between teachers and students. Lin Gelun, an American educational psychologist, put forward four forms of communication between teachers and students in the school field in 1967. First, teachers keep one-way communication with students in class, and the effect is poor. Secondly, teachers keep two-way communication with students in class, and the effect is good. Third, teachers and students maintain two-way communication, and also let students communicate with each other, with good results. Fourthly, teachers become the center of mutual communication, which promotes the two-way communication of all members, with the best effect. The most important interpersonal relationship in school is the relationship between teachers and students, so it is of great significance to study the forms of teacher-student communication to close the relationship between teachers and students. (2) Establish a harmonious teacher relationship 1. Mutual respect. Teachers are all intellectuals. They have rich scientific and cultural knowledge and professional knowledge, and have strong self-esteem. Only when teachers respect each other can they achieve emotional harmony and cooperation. If you hurt the other person's self-esteem, it is easy to cause extreme behavior. 2. Coordination of interests. When coordinating interpersonal relationships, teachers should seek consistent interests from different interests, narrow the scope of means competition and expand the scope of means cooperation. With the improvement of people's psychological development level, we can focus on long-term interests and higher-level spiritual satisfaction instead of temporary gains and losses. This is conducive to the establishment of a harmonious teacher relationship. (3) Establish a harmonious relationship with students' parents. Teachers should respect the parents of students. Teachers should respect the opinions of students' parents and their personality. Teachers should never belittle their parents or blame them irresponsibly when educating their students. Teachers should learn from their parents with an open mind and improve their self-cultivation. Secondly, correct the motivation to contact the parents of students. The purpose of teachers' contact with students' parents is to exchange information with parents, unify their pace, mobilize their enthusiasm and jointly educate their children. Instead of complaining, feeling avenged and shirking responsibility. Thirdly, teachers should take the initiative to contact and cooperate with students' parents and solicit their opinions, which is conducive to establishing harmonious interpersonal relationships with students' parents. In addition, teachers should also establish harmonious interpersonal relationships with managers and other personnel.
