Jieyang epidemic prevention policy

According to the requirements of the Notice on Further Optimizing the Implementation of COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Measures (Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism 1 13) issued by the Comprehensive Group of the State Council Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism, Jieyang City will implement the "New Ten Articles" from now on. Relevant optimization measures are hereby notified as follows:

First, migrant workers across the city are no longer required to declare negative certificates and health codes for nucleic acid testing, and "landing inspection" and "three inspections in three days" are no longer implemented.

Two, in addition to nursing homes, welfare homes, medical institutions, kindergartens, primary and secondary schools and other special places, do not require the provision of negative proof of nucleic acid testing, do not check the health code. Important organs, large enterprises and some specific places can determine prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid detection and inspection according to needs.

Three, asymptomatic infected people and mild cases with home isolation conditions generally take home isolation, but also voluntarily choose centralized isolation. Strengthen the health monitoring during home isolation, and release the isolation after two consecutive nucleic acid tests with Ct value ≥35 on the 6th and 7th day of isolation. If the condition worsens, it will be transferred to a designated hospital for treatment in time. Close contacts with home isolation conditions can be isolated at home for 5 days, or they can voluntarily choose centralized isolation, and the isolation will be lifted after the nucleic acid test is negative on the fifth day.

4. Other measures shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice on Further Optimizing the Implementation of COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Measures (the State Council Joint Prevention and Control Office [2022]113).

Everyone is the first responsible person for his own health. The general public should maintain good hygiene habits such as "wearing masks, washing hands frequently, ventilating frequently, having fewer parties, using public chopsticks and rice noodles", take the initiative to inoculate COVID-19 vaccine, and do a good job in personal protection.
