If you are really hungry and want to eat supper, try to eat something easy to digest, and recommend porridge and fruit. But don't eat supper as dinner, it is advisable to eat it in small quantities.
The interval between dinner and sleep must be calculated, and the two should not be too close. You should rest for an hour or two before going to bed.
