1. If the insured dies within 90 days from the effective date of this main insurance contract or within 90 days from the effective recovery date (including the 90th day).
In case of disability or being diagnosed with major or minor diseases as defined in this main insurance contract for the first time, the insurance company will not assume the insurance liability, and will refund the insurance premium actually paid in this main insurance contract without interest, and this main insurance contract will be terminated. These 90 days are called waiting period. There is no waiting period if the above-mentioned situation occurs to the insured due to accidental injury (excluding sudden death).
