2. The personnel in the county where the high-risk area is located are suspended from coming to the economy. If it is really necessary to come to help, 7 days of centralized isolation and 7 days of home health monitoring will be conducted after arrival.
3. People from other counties in the prefecture-level city where the high-risk area is located do not need to come to the rescue unless necessary. If you really need to come to help, you must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and conduct 1 nucleic acid test after arrival.
4. The staff in high-risk positions include staff in key positions such as fever clinics, specimen collection and laboratory testing in medical institutions, service support personnel who are in direct contact with inbound personnel or goods at airports and ports, and staff in centralized isolation places and special warehouses for centralized supervision. High-risk personnel outside the province try to avoid coming to the rescue. Those who really need to come to the rescue must have been away from their jobs 14 days and have negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and report to the destination community three days in advance and be included in the local prevention and control management.
5. Strictly implement the "fuse" mechanism for the management of inter-provincial tourism business activities, and immediately suspend travel agencies and online travel enterprises from operating inter-provincial team tourism and "air ticket+hotel" business in provinces with medium and high risks. Suspension of travel agencies and online travel enterprises in land border port cities to operate team tours and "air tickets+hotels" business, land border port cities should promptly release free travel risk warnings to the society.
6. Fever patients, health code "yellow code" and other personnel should fulfill their personal protection responsibilities, actively cooperate with health monitoring and nucleic acid detection, and do not travel before the risk of infection is eliminated.
