Learning from college is an important turning point in life. In an unfamiliar environment, for freshmen, their living conditions and learning tasks, as well as their personal goals and social expectations, have undergone great changes. In terms of learning, college students have more autonomy, and their learning activities have changed from passive to active, from tension to relaxation; In life, college students have more independence; College students have multiple roles in interpersonal communication. When the old balance is broken and it is difficult to establish a new balance in time, freshmen are likely to have anxiety mixed with expectation and disappointment. Depression intertwined with contentment and emptiness; A sense of loss intertwined with pride and inferiority; Lonely psychology interwoven with freshness and nostalgia; Confused psychology with a sense of independence and dependence.
2. Learning problems
University is the goal that high school students yearn for and pursue, and it is also the spiritual pillar that they give up many hobbies and are willing to trudge in the sea of questions. After entering the university, some students forget to eat and sleep in order to keep their advantage in middle school. Besides my professional courses, I also study some courses urgently needed by society. In addition, they are in a state of intense study due to the examinations of various certificates such as English and computer. Some college students are not interested in their major. In addition to being forced by teachers or parents to fill in their volunteers for the college entrance examination, the professional adjustment during college admission also prevents them from learning their favorite majors. Some students were excellent in the middle school that year, but as soon as they entered the university, they found themselves just "ordinary people" with equal strength, and even found that their English and computer were not as good as other students. The loss of superiority also makes some students unable to adapt. At the same time, some students feel relieved when they are admitted to the university, so even if they feel the crisis of competition and the pressure of employment, they are unable to study hard. Academic frustration will make students feel inferior, anxious and depressed, and even serious psychological problems will appear if they are not solved in time.
3. Emotional problems
In the process of love, college students have psychological troubles due to various factors, and even cause serious psychological problems such as depression. The common ones are: I always feel that I lack the attraction of being loved. Some people often feel inferior because they have no lover, think that they are not attractive to the opposite sex, think that others look down on themselves, dare not communicate calmly with the opposite sex, and are even more afraid of making mistakes in front of the opposite sex. They have to protect their self-esteem by avoiding contact with the opposite sex and try their best to cover up their inner pain and loss.
4, interpersonal problems
Interpersonal relationship is one of the three main problems of psychological counseling in colleges and universities (the other two are emotional confusion and academic problems). College students have a strong need for communication, eager for more people to know themselves, get close to themselves and become their good friends. However, due to various reasons, such as shyness, fear, inferiority, lack of communication skills, poor verbal skills, etc., I don't know how to communicate with others, and I am even afraid of communicating and unwilling to communicate with others.
