I. Detection Scope and Requirements
Conduct a comprehensive investigation of the permanent and floating population within the jurisdiction of Bincheng District, leaving no one household or one person. Sampling shall be completed before 7:00 a.m. and testing shall be completed before noon 12:00; The sealed control area, control area and total nucleic acid detection area shall be sampled before 18:00.

If you don't complete the nucleic acid test within the time limit, your life and travel will be affected. If the epidemic spreads, you will be investigated for legal responsibility according to law.
3. When sampling, it is necessary to make preparations for code scanning in advance, take the initiative to light the code for temperature measurement, line up in an orderly manner according to the on-site guidelines, keep a safe distance of "one meter", and do not cut in line, talk or gather. Leave the sampling site in time and orderly after the sampling is completed, and wash your hands and disinfect immediately. It is forbidden to stay and watch, take photos and videos during the sampling period.
If you have symptoms such as fever and cough, you don't have to take this test. Please report to your community and unit in advance, do a good job of personal protection, and go to the nearest medical institution for fever clinic in time.
5. In order to improve the usability of the nucleic acid sampling registration system and reduce the waiting time for people to sample, please ask the general public and friends to pre-register in Binzhou Health WeChat official account in advance, and collect nucleic acid sampling information by saving screenshots in advance or printing "electronic health cards".
6. All party and government organs, enterprises and institutions should actively mobilize and arrange all employees on the job to obey this full-time nucleic acid detection, and allow employees to participate in community nucleic acid detection normally.
7. This nucleic acid test is free for everyone. If no notice is received within 24 hours after sampling, the test result is negative and no written report is issued.
