According to Article 13 of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Online Booking Taxi Service in Chongqing and the principles of quality service and differentiated operation, the taxable value of vehicles engaged in online booking taxi should be higher than the price of cruise cars in the same period.
The interval between the initial registration date of vehicle driving license and the date of applying for the "Network Appointment Taxi Transport Certificate" shall not exceed 2 years for vehicles engaged in online car rental business in the main city, and shall meet the following specific standards:
(1) supercharged engine 1.5T and above vehicles, naturally aspirated engine 1.8L and above vehicles, with a wheelbase of not less than 2650mm；;
(two) new energy vehicles, the engine power is not less than 90kW, the cruising range is not less than 200km, and the wheelbase of the vehicle is not less than 2650mm；;
(three) hybrid vehicles, the engine power is not less than 90kW, and the wheelbase of the vehicle is not less than 2650 mm. ..
The people's governments of counties (autonomous counties) outside the main city can refer to the vehicle standards mentioned in the preceding paragraph, and can also formulate vehicle standards separately in light of local actual conditions. According to the needs, the people's governments of cities, districts and counties (autonomous counties) can adjust the specific standards for vehicles engaged in online carpooling business.

Article 16 of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Online Booking Taxi Service in Chongqing shall comply with the following provisions:
(1) It is not allowed to set the same or similar vehicle appearance color and vehicle logo as the parade taxi;
(2) No special service facilities and equipment for cruise taxis, such as overhead lights, no-load lights and meters, shall be installed;
(3) The satellite positioning device installed on the network car is directly connected with the government supervision platform.
If the vehicle is owned by an individual, the owner of the vehicle shall obtain the "Taxi Driver's License for Online Booking" and specialize in online car service. The vehicle owner shall not sublet or subcontract the vehicle to others to engage in online car service activities.
