1. Radiological health technical service institutions refer to institutions that provide medical institutions with radiological protection evaluation and radiological protection detection of occupational hazards in radiological diagnosis and treatment construction projects, and provide technical services such as radiological protection equipment, detection of radioactive products and personal dose monitoring.
Two: the "related parties" of the employer include the following three categories.
1. It is the first time to use or import chemicals related to occupational hazards in China.
2. Suppliers and distributors who provide employers with equipment and materials that may cause occupational hazards.
3. Operators and receivers of occupational hazards.
Three. Occupational disease diagnosis and appraisal institution.
1. Occupational disease diagnosis institutions refer to medical and health institutions that have obtained the Practice License of Medical Institutions and are engaged in occupational disease diagnosis with the approval of provincial health authorities.
2. Occupational disease identification institutions shall be designated by the administrative department of health to undertake the organization and daily work of occupational disease identification.
3. The occupational disease diagnosis and appraisal committee is responsible for the appraisal of occupational disease diagnosis disputes. The appraisal committee is a temporary organization, which was established after the appraisal procedure began and automatically dissolved after the appraisal procedure ended.
