At present, any distribution crowdsourcing platform needs to upload a health certificate, even for Dada and Shunfeng Knights who focus on delivery in the same city, so when we plan to become a takeaway brother, we can go to the local medical examination and apply for a health certificate. Hummingbird crowdsourcing platform requires riders to upload health certificates for convenience, but in the first month of registration, even if they don't upload health certificates, they can run orders, but if they don't upload health certificates after the deadline, they will be restricted from taking orders, so it is very important to apply for health certificates.
Take-away crowdsourcing health certificate processing:
Free: You need a work certificate from the catering industry, which can be a business license. Just prove that you work there. Need to go to the hospital for a physical examination and a health certificate. If qualified, you can successfully apply for a health certificate.
Payment: If you can't get the employment certificate of the catering industry, explain the situation to the doctor and he will ask you to pay the medical examination fee. You can also have a physical examination. The difference between free and paid is that the license for the catering industry subsidized by the state can be handled free of charge.
