: What should I do if my health certificate is unqualified?

If the health certificate is found to be unqualified, it proves that the medical examiner has physical problems and is not suitable for health and food-related industries. According to the relevant laws and regulations of our country, the relevant personnel engaged in food production and operation, public service, professional production of cosmetics and disposable medical and health care products, toxic and hazardous and radioactive operations, and kindergartens must hold health certificates. Health certificate refers to the proof of preventive health examination, which proves that the examinee has the health quality to engage in the prescribed business. The main diseases involved in health examination are dysentery, typhoid fever, active tuberculosis, dermatosis (infectious) and other infectious diseases. If you find these diseases, don't engage in hairdressing and beauty, direct contact with imported food, public toilets and other work that directly serves customers. Legal basis:

Article 12 of the Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places: (1) Hygiene monitoring and technical guidance in public places; (two) to supervise the health examination of employees and guide the relevant departments to carry out health knowledge education and training for employees.

Article 45 of the Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall establish and implement the health management system for employees. Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food. Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts.
