Process of handling health certificate:
1, bring your ID card and two one-inch bareheaded color photos, and go to the relevant departments (centers for disease control and prevention or health institutions approved by the Ministry of Health to undertake preventive health check) to ask the staff about the specific process first; Generally, you go to the form collection office to collect the form, fill in personal basic information and post photos (in some places, you can take photos for free and ask yourself), then you go to the price drawing office to draw the price, and then you go to the payment office to pay the medical examination fee (the fees vary from place to place).
2, and then one by one physical examination, first go to the examination room to collect blood (usually before 9 am every day), and press for about five minutes after blood collection to avoid further bleeding; Then do anal examination, mainly to check whether there are infectious diseases such as Escherichia coli and hepatitis. : What should I do if my health certificate is unqualified?
If the health certificate is found to be unqualified, it proves that the medical examiner has physical problems and is not suitable for health and food-related industries. According to the relevant laws and regulations of our country, the relevant personnel engaged in food production and operation, public service, professional production of cosmetics and disposable medical and health care products, toxic and hazardous and radioactive operations, and kindergartens must hold health certificates. Health certificate refers to the proof of preventive health examination, which proves that the examinee has the health quality to engage in the prescribed business. The main diseases involved in health examination are dysentery, typhoid fever, active tuberculosis, dermatosis (infectious) and other infectious diseases. If you find these diseases, don't engage in hairdressing and beauty, direct contact with imported food, public toilets and other work that directly serves customers. You can only work if you are cured.

Article 12 of the Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places: (1) Hygiene monitoring and technical guidance in public places; (two) to supervise the health examination of employees and guide the relevant departments to carry out health knowledge education and training for employees.
Article 45 of the Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall establish and implement the health management system for employees. Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food. Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts.
