" The age characteristics of young children determine that they often have a strong interest in sports activities at first, but they soon lose it, and it lasts for a short time, giving people the feeling of anticlimactic. Therefore, it is particularly important to keep children's interest in sports activities. First, choose a variety of equipment to cultivate children's interest. The outline points out that in sports activities, basic movements should be developed in a way that children are interested in, and the coordination and flexibility of movements should be improved. Children are most interested in toys that can be manipulated, which can stimulate and maintain children's interest in sports activities to the maximum extent. Interesting materials will stimulate the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of children's activities, so teachers should further enrich the materials of children's sports activities, innovate the gameplay on the basis of fully tapping the original functions of equipment, and maximize the different functions of various equipment itself.
