Why is the wonton skin bought different from that eaten outside?
The quality of flour is different. First of all, the quality of the flour used is definitely different from that of the skin bought, and so are the others. The bought leather is machined, and many other things need to be added. There are also some unscrupulous merchants who add trace amounts of formaldehyde for the long-term preservation of wonton skin. If the wonton skin is bought back, it will smell of formaldehyde in the refrigerator for a few days, but it should be carefully conditioned by hand. All the raw materials used are safe food. They must be delicious. Of course, it's different from what I bought.
