Physical examination process for entry-exit personnel
1. Submit your passport and 3-4 bareheaded color 2-inch photos to the medical examination acceptance office and wait in line.
Second, register at the medical examination acceptance consultation office and take photos, and receive the medical examination application form and laboratory test sheet. Confirm the medical certificate to be issued and its contents, and sign it. Do you need express service? If you need to sign a medical certificate issued by a foreign university, please inform the doctor at the same time.
Third, the toll office pays the fee.
Fourth, go to the blood collection room to collect blood samples and urine samples.
Five, to check the internal medicine, surgery and ENT related projects.
Six, to the ECG room for ECG examination.
Seven, to the color ultrasound room for abdominal color ultrasound examination.
Eight, to the radiology department for chest X-ray examination.
Nine, vaccination when necessary, vaccination room.
X after the physical examination, the physical examination form should be returned to the medical examination acceptance consultation office. After the doctor verifies that all the required items are completed, he will issue a certificate of evidence collection, and the contents of the physical examination will end on that day.
Eleven, according to the proof time (generally 2-3 working days at 2-4 pm) to the medical consultation office to receive medical documents.
Twelve, if you need to sign the vaccination certificate, please submit the original and copy of the personal immunization information to the medical acceptance consulting office.
