Second, the process of health certificate
(1) Fasting
Remember to apply for a health certificate on an empty stomach. Fasting time is at least 10 hour, because blood test is needed and food is not good. Don't eat greasy and high-protein food, drink or smoke the night before blood drawing.

Pay the fee at the health certificate office (sixty or seventy), get the health checklist, fill in your identity information and industry item by item according to the requirements on the form, and post your photos. If you have already joined the work, you'd better fill in the work unit.

Take the health checklist to the designated department for examination. The items include hand, foot and mouth examination, blood test, urine test, stool test and chest X-ray. Some areas need anal examination, while others do not.
