The situation of epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19 is still grim. In order to further strengthen the prevention and control of epidemic situation in our city and effectively protect the health and life safety of the people in our city, according to the latest national and provincial policies on epidemic prevention and control, combined with the actual situation in our city, the measures for the health management of people coming to Taiwan and returning to Taiwan are hereby notified as follows:
1. The personnel entering the site shall strictly implement the management requirements of "14+7+7". Those who return to Taiwan after the expiration of the centralized isolation period 14 days shall return to Taiwan within the 24-hour window period (after the window period, the health code is yellow), and continue to carry out centralized isolation medical observation and daily health monitoring for 7 days, during which nucleic acid detection will be carried out twice. Those who have completed the "7+7" health management in other places and returned to Taiwan are required to provide negative proof of nucleic acid detection after the expiration; If it is not completed, it will be completed the next day after arriving in Taiwan Province.
Second, the health management measures of "14+7" shall be implemented for people from or passing through counties (cities, districts) where high-risk areas in China are located (municipalities directly under the Central Government are towns and streets, the same below) and areas where the local government has announced the closed management of the whole region. That is, first, medical observation was isolated for 14 days, and nucleic acid detection was carried out on 1 and 14 days respectively; If the nucleic acid test is negative after the expiration of 14 days, the routine health monitoring will be continued for 7 days, and the nucleic acid test will be carried out again after the expiration. In the case of passenger flights and personal protection, except those passing through the airport in the risk area for a short time.
Third, people from or passing through the counties (cities, districts) where the medium-risk areas are located in China were observed at home for 14 days, and their nucleic acids were detected on 1 7 and 14 days respectively.
Fourth, people who have left high-risk areas in China for less than 28 days should be tested for nucleic acid on the day of follow-up, and the necessary time for centralized isolation medical observation or home health observation and daily health monitoring should be supplemented according to their life history, and then the nucleic acid detection should be carried out after the expiration (if the time is less than 3 days from the initial inspection, the detection can be appropriately delayed).
5. For key people returning to Taiwan from outside the province, people who import cold-chain food in the province, people who have direct contact with imported goods at ports, workers in isolated places, and transportation workers, check the negative certificates of nucleic acid testing within 7 days before arrival (if there is no nucleic acid testing certificate, organize the local nucleic acid testing institution for testing at the first time). If the nucleic acid testing is negative, conduct health monitoring every day for 14 days. Nucleic acid was detected on the 7th day and14th day respectively. If it is less than 14 days after returning to Taiwan, the daily health monitoring and nucleic acid detection requirements shall be implemented according to the actual return time.
Six, the above-mentioned personnel, no fixed residence or do not have the conditions for home health observation, will go to the destination centralized isolation place for centralized isolation medical observation. During the home health observation, the "health code" was given to red team. Don't go out unless you need to see a doctor. If you really need to go out, you need to get the consent of your village (community) and unit. In daily health monitoring, give the "health code" a yellow code, control the scope of activities, do not let people participate in gathering activities, and do not enter crowded places or closed places.
