Where can I get a health certificate?

Health certificates are generally handled by local health and epidemic prevention departments. The materials and procedures needed to apply for a health certificate are as follows: bring your ID card and two one-inch bareheaded color photos, and pay the medical examination fee at the toll booth. Get a physical examination form, paste photos, fill in basic information such as name and gender, and issue a health certificate after the inspection.

Legal basis: Article 7 of the Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places * * * Personnel who directly serve customers in public places must hold health certificates before they can engage in their own jobs. Persons suffering from dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis, active tuberculosis, purulent or exudative skin diseases and other diseases that hinder public health shall not engage in direct customer service before they are cured.
