"Health code" is divided into three colors: red code, yellow code and green code.
Display "green code": those whose body temperature is normal after examination by pre-examination and triage nurses can enter the hospital area according to routine procedures; Those with respiratory symptoms such as fever and cough are registered by the pre-examination triage nurse and guided to the "fever clinic".
If the "yellow code" or "red team" lights up, they will be taken to the "fever clinic" after preliminary examination and registration by the triage nurse.
What should I pay attention to in outpatient service?
1. Please wear a mask regularly and strictly abide by the principle of "one person, one clinic".
2. Keep a distance when queuing, and seek medical treatment in strict accordance with the "one-meter line".
3. Set a temperature detection point at the entrance of the hospital. Please cooperate with the measurement.
4. Don't throw away the used masks at will. Please put them in the yellow garbage can.
5. Please tell the medical staff truthfully if there are any of the following situations during the medical treatment:
① Symptoms such as stuffy nose, cough, chest tightness, fatigue and diarrhea;
② Have a travel or residence history in Hubei Province or other epidemic areas within 0/4 days before the onset of the disease;
③ Contact with patients with fever or respiratory symptoms from Hubei Province or other key epidemic areas within 0/4 days before onset/KLOC-;
(4) There are clustered diseases or epidemiological associations with novel coronavirus infected persons.
What should inpatients and their caregivers pay attention to?
1. Inpatient: Please show me your wristband, hospitalization certificate and other valid documents. Please show your health code when you enter the hospital for the first time.
2. Escort: In principle, ordinary inpatients do not arrange escort. Patients who really need to be accompanied shall be issued with a Certificate of Accompaniment by the ward nurse according to the doctor's advice, and recovered when discharged. In principle, you should carry a "escort card" with you and not borrow it. Please show your health code and escort card when you enter or leave.
3. Visiting hours: Visiting hours in general wards are from 10: 30 to1:30 every morning, and from 15: 00 to 17: 00 in the afternoon, and visits in the intensive care center are refused. Minimize visits and advocate video visits.
4. Accompanying personnel and visitors must be in good health, have no contact history with epidemic areas and related epidemiology, wear masks in a standardized manner, and post a healthy green code after measuring their body temperature before entering.
