Ten elements of adolescent girls' healthy psychology

Great changes have taken place in the contemporary concept of health, not just the previously thought of developed limbs and good health. The World Health Organization defines health as four aspects: physical health, mental health, good social adaptation and moral health. The latter two aspects can actually be classified as mental health.

Maintaining a healthy girl's mentality will not only help her body to be in a healthy state physically, but also make her life meaningful. From the perspective of psychology and psychiatry, health psychology includes the following ten elements:

1. Have confidence in yourself and hope for life.

2. Care for others and family.

3. Like your work and be satisfied with your achievements.

4. Maintain a wide range of interests and activities.

5. Be able to give full play to their potential advantages and take advantage of various opportunities.

6. Know your own shortcomings and be willing to accept others' help.

7. Accept the frustration of failure, be willing to face difficulties and face them squarely.

8. Be able to accept changes in the environment and adapt to it.

9. Always enrich yourself and promote self-growth and maturity.

10. Enjoy life.
