Increase the centralized investment in the infrastructure construction of the central village, do a good job in the construction planning of the central village, rationally divide the administrative, residential, industrial, commercial, cultural, educational, medical and community services, make overall arrangements for the infrastructure such as roads, water supply, drainage, street lamps, sanitation, greening, power supply and sewage treatment in the central village, and centrally set up service facilities such as markets, schools, clinics, squares and service management centers.
