There are several yoga moves that are very effective in enhancing gastrointestinal function. The first one is torsion, and you can add the torsion of the spine. Increase the flexibility of spine, relax back muscles, effectively massage abdomen, regulate abdominal viscera, treat constipation, and greatly improve gastrointestinal diseases. There is also leg flexion: lie flat on the bed and lift your legs at the same time, so that your thighs are as close to your abdomen as possible, and so on 10 times. Leg-lifting exercise: lift your legs, keep your knees as straight as possible, and then slowly lower them. Repeat 10 times. Treadmill exercise: Your legs imitate the action of riding a bicycle in mid-air, stretching your legs alternately for 2 minutes.
You can do several groups of such actions when you are free. In fact, the reason is very simple. Constipation is mostly due to long-term lack of exercise, and the functions of abdominal wall muscles and intestinal smooth muscles are gradually degraded and weakened, resulting in decreased muscle tension, slow gastrointestinal peristalsis and insufficient defecation motivation. Through functional exercise, the muscle strength of abdominal muscles and levator ani can be enhanced.
At the same time, it can stimulate gastrointestinal blood circulation, enhance gastrointestinal peristalsis, activate body and mind, accelerate intestinal transmission, reduce the retention time of feces in the intestine, avoid fecal induration, reduce the feeling of incomplete defecation and anorectal obstruction, and facilitate defecation.
