Brief introduction of health assessment content

Health assessment is a subject born in response to the needs of nursing diagnosis, which is basically born out of nursing. According to the characteristics of nursing specialty, psychological, humanistic and social evaluation has been added. The book consists of five chapters and 24 sections, covering the contents that nursing students must master in health assessment. Including general situation, symptom evaluation, physical evaluation, auxiliary examination evaluation and nursing diagnosis. In addition to the general introduction, in other chapters, the concept, performance, evaluation requirements and specific content of the evaluated project are systematically and separately introduced. At the end of this book, there are several experiments to let students master the main contents of key evaluation through practice.
