What is a healthy room?
Because most people spend most of their time indoors, to ensure human health, we must first have a healthy room. The condition of a healthy room is based on the comfort of the environment. Environmental comfort refers to people's subjective comfort in a certain environment. To some extent, it is a psychological reflection, but this comfort is not arbitrary, but the result of probability statistics. It is the synthesis of some adaptation requirements of actual physiology and psychology to the environment; Its basis is that any change of environmental factors should not cause excessive physiological adjustment and psychological tension of the body; Its purpose is to keep the body in the normal physiological adjustment range, and exert its maximum function with less energy, thus reducing fatigue and obtaining the maximum work benefit. It is not synonymous with comfort and enjoyment in the usual sense, but has its specific scientific meaning. The main factors affecting indoor environmental comfort are sunshine, air, microclimate and living area. These factors are related to some individual factors such as physical condition, age, obesity, sweat gland function and even temper endowment.
