Second, the ingredients should be fresh. In summer, don't leave food for too long, otherwise it will upset the stomach or cause stomach trouble, which is very bad. Therefore, if the barbecue stall can do it and the ingredients are fresh every day, I will really feel at ease.
Third, barbecue workers should pay attention to hygiene. We know that barbecues are all directly touched by hands. You must wear sterile gloves when wearing skewers and during barbecues, so as to ensure certain hygiene. Don't grab it casually, I will lose my appetite when I see it.
Fourth, don't make the barbecue stall smoky. As we all know, it is inevitable that there will be smoke when eating barbecue, but if you make too much smoke everywhere, it will be difficult for me to accept it and I have no desire to eat at all. You can install a special range hood to smoke. There is no need to leave it everywhere, it will make people feel unclean.
