Can I get a health certificate when I have a physical examination? If it fails, won't the health certificate be refunded?

Health certificates are handled by hospitals and qualified community medical service centers and are common to all applicants. But the health certificate has a time limit, usually one year.

Every unit is not eligible to apply, so if it is a self-inspection, it cannot apply for a health certificate.

There are three possibilities if the company wants to organize prospective employees who are preparing for collective application to go to the hospital for physical examination. Large units or more general units will pay the bill. Careless units, small units allow employees to pay at their own expense, and another possibility is that the unit requires everyone to pay money first and apply for a health certificate. After it is issued, no matter whether it is passed or not, the money is generally not refunded. Only a few good companies will reimburse employees as benefits.
