It's just that it's easier to lose weight once. Any excessive exercise, dieting and liposuction can quickly achieve the effect of losing weight, but it is unhealthy and has great side effects, and it is easier to rebound after stopping.

The first target weight, everyone's lifestyle is different, as long as it is within a reasonable range, it will not affect health too much. We often use body mass index (BMI) to measure. Asian males are between 18.5-24 and females are between 18.5-23. If you exceed it, you will become obese and need to consider losing weight.

The second target body fat, our weight may be in the normal range, but we still have a lot of fat, so we look fat and ugly. Men are between 15% and 18%, and women are between 20% and 25%. Too high or too low is not good.

The third target figure, weight loss is not enough. Many people are only partially obese, such as beer bellies and pear-shaped apple-shaped bodies. Appropriate waist-hip ratio is an important index, male waist circumference < < 85cm, waist-hip ratio < 0.9; Female waist circumference < < 80cm, waist-hip ratio < 0.8.

Grasping the three goals and having a more symmetrical figure will not affect health because of excessive local fat, but also enhance personal charm and realize a healthy and happy lifestyle.
