What did you learn this semester that inspired you? How does it help your mental health?

I was deeply inspired by the mental health I learned this semester. Let me understand the importance of mentality and how to adjust my emotions. It plays a "backbone" role in my mental health, which makes me full of beautiful expectations for life.

The way to solve the problem in your heart. 1, face it calmly. Mental health and physical health are the same. People will inevitably have such and such problems in their lives. Mental confusion is just a normal state of growth. We should not deliberately avoid the problem, but should face it calmly. 2. Don't rush to "diagnose". Psychological problems themselves are varied, and the causes are often complicated. Don't blindly take some books out of context, hearsay, and rush to "sit in the right place." We must be careful about psychological problems, prescribe the right medicine, get to the root of the problem and avoid future troubles. 3, don't be afraid to do psychological counseling. For serious and difficult psychological problems, we must consult psychologists or mental health institutions for help in time. So as not to delay the best time for treatment.

4. Distract your attention. One of the characteristics of psychological problems is that the more we pay attention to them, the more they will be magnified and look more serious. So, don't always stare at your own problems, don't pay too much attention to yourself, but turn your attention to your study, life, hobbies and so on. 5. Control your emotions reasonably. We should learn to adjust our emotions, "roll with the punches, roll with the punches", and make ourselves happy every day. In college, we will join various societies and participate in various activities, but we must pay attention to the fact that we are still students, and everything is based on learning, so as to enrich our after-school life as much as possible without delaying our study. 7. We should improve our social adaptability, deal with the relationship between good people, actively integrate into the collective, make more friends, and make ourselves no longer lonely. This is my heart when I am studying the course of mental health education.
