Personally, I think that to maintain a person's mental health, we should do the following: First, correctly understand and treat losers. No one is perfect, even the best people sometimes make mistakes. Failure is not terrible. The key is to see how to recognize and treat. If we can learn from failure and sum up experience, failure can become the mother of success. For example, once you find that some of your methods are wrong, you should change them in time and find the right method. Being able to correctly understand and treat failure is the source of reducing stress and anxiety, which is beneficial to a person's mental health. Second, tolerate others, establish good interpersonal relationships, tolerate others, be patient first, and suffer losses is a blessing. As a teacher, we should pay attention to treat students as our friends, put down our airs, understand students' difficulties, tolerate students' mistakes, communicate with students more, understand students' ideas, and form an atmosphere of equality, harmony and mutual respect between ourselves and students. At work, we should also deal with the relationship with colleagues, not be self-centered, be ready to help others, cooperate with others and respect colleagues. Being kind to people and things around us can promote our mental health and the establishment of good interpersonal relationships. Third, arrange work and rest reasonably, and use the brain as a teacher scientifically, especially when using the brain. No matter at work or in life, once the brain is not well rested, it will easily lead to brain disorder. Therefore, it is necessary to arrange the rest time reasonably, ensure the normal operation of the brain and use the brain scientifically. Fourth, enrich spare time and family life. Work is worth studying seriously, but you can't just know work. Just like educating students at ordinary times, we should combine work and rest, and we should not read and study dead books. While studying and working, we should also take part in some extracurricular activities and sports activities, and so should teachers. Rich spare time and family life are also good ways to release stress. Cultivating a wide range of hobbies, relaxing the tense mood and combining work and rest can not only relax the mood but also strengthen the body, killing two birds with one stone, so why not? At ordinary times, you can also learn some psychological knowledge, strengthen mental health defense, engage in education better, and promote your own mental health.
