Gulou district is a low-risk area and will not turn yellow.
The three colors of health code will change according to the high, medium and low risk areas where the code holder enters and exits.
1. If the green code holder does not enter the low-risk area under special circumstances, then the health code will not change color, that is, it will still be normal green; If the holder of the green code enters the high or medium risk area and waits for 1 hour, the mobile phone can normally receive the communication roaming information, so that the health code will automatically change color from the green code to the yellow code or the red code.
2. When people with yellow code or red team enter the low-risk area, as long as they turn on their mobile phones, they will automatically record the time when they arrive at the low-risk area. After 14 days of isolation, the person with the code does not become a secret contact or case, and the health code will automatically become a green code.
3. If the code holder becomes a close contact or a case of COVID-19, after the code holder reports the information to the coding platform, the coding platform will turn the green health code of the code holder into red.
4. If the code holder is diagnosed as a case or a suspected case, the coding platform will change the red health code of the code holder to a green health code 28 days after the code holder leaves the hospital. For close contacts, from the day of contact to 28 days later, if they do not become COVID-19 cases, the red health code will be turned back to the green health code by the coding platform.
