First, we must declare truthfully in advance. Second, we must cooperate with nucleic acid testing. After reaching the temperature, please complete the "landing inspection" of nucleic acid at the first entrance, and start the "three days and three inspections" the next day after the "landing inspection". Before the completion of the "three days and three inspections", no dinners, no party activities, no access to public places. It is recommended not to take public transport. Please take proper personal protection. If there is no nucleic acid test for more than 24 hours, the "health code" will be given a yellow code. After all the "three days and three tests" are negative, they will be included in the normalized nucleic acid test in the whole region and the "three days and one day test" will be implemented.
Third, we must strictly scan the code. All public places and public transportation in the whole region should fully and strictly implement the requirements of "every entrance, every inspection, no one missing". All those who enter must be required to complete the static code analysis. Those who do not cooperate with the code scanning inspection or Wenzhou epidemic prevention code is abnormal should be prohibited from entering, refusing to provide services or discouraging them from participating in activities. If you find people in danger of the epidemic, you should report to the local street as soon as possible. Departments in charge of various industries and local streets should strictly implement "three-color management" for places that are not implemented in place, and designate "yellow cards" for places where scanning code verification measures are not in place, and order them to make corrections according to law; If the rectification is not in place, it will be given a "red card" and closed for rectification.
Fourth, we must do personal protection. Please avoid going to high-risk areas. If you really need to go, you need to pay close attention to the dynamic information of the epidemic situation, arrange your itinerary reasonably, and do personal protection throughout the journey. Don't go to crowded places. Do a good job in daily health monitoring of individuals and their families. Once fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, stuffy nose, runny nose, decreased sense of smell, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea and other symptoms appear. Immediately wear a medical mask to a medical institution with a fever clinic for standardized treatment, and take the initiative to truthfully inform the individual's living history.
