Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in 2020, and in combination with the reality of our school.
Article 2 The full name of the school is hubei university of arts and science in Chinese and hubei university of arts and science in English. Article 3 A school is a provincial, public and full-time general undergraduate college with the right to award bachelor's degrees and master's degrees. There are 58 undergraduate majors, covering 9 disciplines, including economics, law, education, literature, science, engineering, medicine, management and art. The school enrolls students from all over the country and some secondary vocational students.

Seventh school discipline inspection and supervision departments and social supervisors shall supervise the whole process of enrollment.
Chapter III Distribution and Use of Enrollment Plan
Article 8 A school should further optimize the professional structure and regional structure of enrollment within the annual enrollment scale approved by the state, make overall consideration of the number of candidates in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), the quality of students, the coordinated development of regions, the key support policies and the planned arrangements over the years, scientifically and reasonably prepare the enrollment plans of schools by provinces and specialties, and announce them to the public after approval by the provincial enrollment authorities.
Article 9 A school shall set up a general undergraduate reservation plan in accordance with the proportion stipulated by the enrollment department at a higher level to adjust the imbalance in the proportion of online students in the unified examination. When using the reservation plan, adhere to the principle of quality first, openness and transparency, and mainly put it in the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where high-quality students enroll in our school.

Chapter IV Records

Article 15 The principle of professional distribution of candidates entering the archives: According to the principle of "scores first", candidates entering the archives are classified according to the scores from high to low, and the admission majors are determined according to the professional volunteers reported by the candidates in turn. When the professional volunteers reported by the candidates cannot be satisfied, if the candidates agree to adjust, they will be assigned to the majors that are not fully recorded; If you don't agree to the adjustment, you will be fired.
When the scores are the same, priority will be given to those with high scores in related subjects. Comparison order of related subjects: candidates of literature and history compare Chinese, mathematics, comprehensive literature and foreign languages in turn; Science and engineering candidates compare mathematics, Chinese, science and foreign languages in turn. Foreign language major, high foreign language achievement is preferred.
The comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination provinces shall be implemented in accordance with the enrollment policies of the provinces where they are located.
Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region implements the enrollment plan of "1: 1", and queues up for admission according to professional volunteers.
Sixteenth foreign language majors only recruit candidates in their own language and English language, and there is no proportional limit. Other non-foreign language majors are not limited to candidates' foreign languages, but students only arrange English teaching after entering school, and all of them must use English as their first foreign language and reach the corresponding level.
Article 17 Admission rules for arts and sports majors: Candidates' scores in cultural courses and professional courses should reach the corresponding batch qualification line in their province.

(2) The admission rules for arts and sports majors in other provinces outside Hubei Province are as follows: if there are conversion standards in each province, they shall be implemented according to the conversion standards stipulated by each province; Some provinces do not have a unified conversion standard, according to the following rules:
1, the majors of art design and musicology are ranked according to the total score of "(professional course score/professional course total score) ×300×0.6+ cultural course score × 0.4";
2. Dance performance majors are ranked from high to low according to "professional course scores";
3, radio and television director professional according to the "professional course score+cultural course score" total score;
4. Physical education majors are ranked according to the total score of "the score of culture course in college entrance examination ×0.5+ the score of physical fitness test ×0.75".
Eighteenth secondary vocational enrollment majors only admit candidates who fill in professional volunteers, and may not change majors after admission.
Nineteenth candidates who fill in our school's volunteers will not change their records or withdraw from the files according to the regulations after admission.
Chapter V Admission and Others
Twentieth according to the provisions of the national enrollment of freshmen, with the admission notice and relevant documents, according to the registration period stipulated by the school to the school for admission procedures. If you can't come to school on time for some reason, you should ask for leave from school, and the holiday should not exceed two weeks. Those who fail to ask for leave or ask for leave overdue shall be deemed to have waived their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure.
Twenty-first freshmen can apply to retain their admission qualifications for one year, and they will not have a student status during the retention period. Freshmen should apply for admission to the school before the expiration of the retention qualification, and go through the admission procedures after passing the examination by the school. Those who fail the examination will be disqualified; Those who fail to go through the admission formalities within the time limit without justifiable reasons shall be deemed to have given up their admission qualification.
Article 22. Freshmen who enlist in the army should hold the admission notice, ID card (household registration book) and graduation certificate of high school education to the conscription office of the people's government of the county (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government) where they enlist, fill out the Application Form for Recruiting Freshmen in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, affix the seal of the conscription office and submit it to the school enrollment department. After the students leave the army, they will go through the admission formalities at the school with the admission notice of the year and the Application Form for Recruiting Freshmen in Ordinary Colleges and Universities.
Twenty-third new students after admission, the school in accordance with the national enrollment regulations within three months to review their admission qualifications. Those who pass the second interview will be registered and obtained a student status. Those who fail to pass the examination will be dealt with by the school according to the situation, or even the admission qualification will be cancelled. Anyone who practices fraud or engages in malpractices for personal gain will be disqualified once verified. If the circumstances are bad, please investigate and deal with the relevant departments.
Article 24 According to national regulations, freshmen must pay tuition fees and other related fees according to the charging standards approved by Hubei Provincial Price Bureau, and the specific charging standards of each major shall be subject to the publication of the school website.
Twenty-fifth schools set up "green channels" for students with financial difficulties. All freshmen with family financial difficulties can apply for student-origin credit loan to the local county (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government) Education Bureau or the Student Financial Assistance Management Center of the Education Committee with the admission notice and proof materials of family financial difficulties. Through the establishment of scholarships, grants, the implementation of national student loans and other systems, the school provides work-study jobs, temporary difficulties subsidies and other forms to ensure that students will not drop out of school because of financial difficulties.

Article 28 If the Articles of Association conflict with the relevant enrollment policies of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), the relevant enrollment policies of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) shall prevail.
Twenty-ninth schools do not entrust or allow any intermediary institutions or individuals to participate in or interfere with the school enrollment.
Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Thirtieth the Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the hubei university of arts and science Admissions Office.
Article 31 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
