Provisions on the application and use of motor vehicle driver's license;
Article 14 Anyone who applies for a motor vehicle driver's license for the first time may apply for a motor vehicle driver's license with the quasi-driving types of city buses, large trucks, small cars, small automatic cars, low-speed trucks, three-wheeled cars, small automatic buses for the disabled, ordinary three-wheeled motorcycles, ordinary two-wheeled motorcycles, mopeds, wheeled bicycles, trolleybuses and trams.
Article 18 An applicant for a motor vehicle driver's license shall apply to the vehicle management office in accordance with the following provisions.

To apply for a small automatic passenger car for the disabled, a physical condition certificate issued by a specialized medical institution designated by the Provincial Health Department shall be submitted.

(a) the identity certificate refers to:
1. The identity certificate of a resident is a resident ID card or a temporary resident ID card. The identity certificates submitted by mainland residents living outside their residences in accordance with the provisions of Articles 19, 21, 22 and 83 are the Resident Identity Card or the Temporary Resident Identity Card and the residence certificate issued by the public security organ;
