Children applying for Singapore green card need paternity test.

When a child applies for permanent resident status in China, China people usually call it a green card. They must hold the child's birth certificate (issued by the hospital authorities or official institutions). The birth certificate must be notarized. If it is written in Chinese, it must be translated into English without paternity test. If there is no birth certificate of the child, there must be legal documents (including paternity test) to prove that the child is biological.
