Apply for health travel code

After the Gansu Health Travel Code is docked with the national comprehensive government service platform "Epidemic Prevention Information Code" and mutual recognition of information is realized, all residents with China household registration can apply for Gansu Health Travel Code through real-name authentication. After the health code applied by the following seven categories of personnel, it is displayed in red directly below the card surface: "× does not meet the travel conditions during the epidemic".
1. Untreated confirmed cases in Gansu Province
Gansu province does not rule out 2 suspected cases;
3. Close contacts of medical observation have not been released in Gansu Province;
4. Medical observers in Gansu Province who have not been released from home isolation;
5. Gansu province home isolation 14 days after the discharge;
6. People with fever, cough and other related symptoms within 0/4 days in Gansu Province/KLOC-.

Method 1: Download and install the "Healthy Gansu" mobile APP→ open the "Healthy Gansu" mobile APP, click "Healthy Travel Code" and enter the Gansu Health Travel Code application registration page;
Method 2: Open WeChat → Search → Gansu Provincial Health and Wellness Committee → Follow → Click "Travel Code" → "Gansu Provincial Health Travel Code" in the lower left corner to enter the application registration page;
