Faced with these exposed problems, we can't help asking: How are these foods produced? How did it enter the market? What are the food safety hazards in our life?

Second, the survey method:

The school has carried out activities to pay attention to food safety and create a healthy and beautiful life. We spontaneously organized an activity group and conducted a series of investigations on food safety in our town. I have been to roadside stalls, vegetable markets, hotel kitchens, cake shops, night market stalls and other places, and have some preliminary understanding.

The food in the booth

The place where the stalls gather is the street near the campus of primary and secondary schools. Undoubtedly, the main customers of food stalls are students. Approaching this street, I first smelled a pungent smell, which was the smell of pepper. The food here is mainly barbecue. There are stalls on both sides of the road, and passing cars raise waves of dust. It is after school time that piles of students wearing red scarves and carrying schoolbags are scrambling to buy snacks. As far as we know, barbecue food belongs to junk food and contains many harmful substances. Some scientists have proved that eating a roast chicken leg is equivalent to smoking 60 cigarettes.

The situation of vegetable market.

When we arrived at the vegetable market at noon, the crowd had receded and the vegetable market was in a mess. Abandoned fish and vegetables are piled up at random on the roadside, and flies are buzzing. There are not many hairtail left in the hairtail stall, and each piece is so shiny. According to our understanding through relevant channels, these hairtail are handled in the stall owner's home, and the river water is actually used to wash hairtail. There is too much industrial wastewater in the river water for fish and shrimp animals to survive. How can I wash hairtail with this water? How many harmful substances should be contained in hairtail!

The kitchen of the hotel

The hotel kitchen is always hot and the staff inside are very busy. The kitchen utensils in the kitchen are dark, and cooking here is very busy. The people who set the plates there have begun to put on all kinds of tricks for the dishes on the plates. We saw that the dishcloth for cleaning dishes was washed in water for a few times and then taken out for use, and it was not strictly disinfected as required. The flies in the kitchen can't be wiped out cleanly, and there are often flies coming to harass in the gap of the plate, but the staff doesn't care if the flies taste first. It is said that after the typhoon, several cholera patients appeared among hotel employees, probably because of insufficient hygiene.

Bakery food

The smell in the pastry shop is so fragrant that the baked goods are always so delicious. We followed it for a few days before we found that the cakes sold in the bakery were not completely fresh. Some cakes have been left for a long time, and the store mainly breaks them up to make raw materials for recycling. The re-baked cake is still delicious, and your mouth will never eat it. Only when such a cake reaches your stomach will your stomach protest. If this Chinese cake doesn't sell well, it should be recycled as raw material. After all, even the store doesn't know that the cake is fresh. Even if it is made and sold now, can you know that the raw materials must be fresh?

Night market food stall

When night falls, there will be more stalls on both sides of the street. This kind of stall is engaged in the night market business, and the goods are very rich, and all kinds of snacks are available. In the street at night, almost every corner is littered. As soon as the wind blows, the garbage goes with the wind and flies all over the sky. The booths are all set in the open air, and there is no obstacle to the intrusion of dust or something. The chef's apron is black. I don't know how many days I haven't washed it. He doesn't care. When his hands were wet, he wiped them twice and went on working. There are no flies at night, but who knows how many flies have visited the raw materials that need to be processed during the day?

Judging from the above survey results, the safeguard measures for food safety in our cities and towns are far from enough, and there are still many hidden dangers around us. Pay attention to food safety and create a healthy and beautiful life. We make the following suggestions:

Take food safety and hygiene seriously, and strengthen the supervision of food hygiene while eliminating the four pests.

Severely crack down on unlicensed operation and illegal stalls.

Strengthen food safety supervision and eliminate food safety hazards from the root.
