Up to now, Wuhan is a low-risk area, and railway stations and other places have special transfer passages, which need to pass according to relevant epidemic prevention requirements. At the same time, it is suggested that you pay attention to the specific epidemic prevention policies of the destination so as not to delay the trip.
The second way is to take the train through the middle and high risk areas without getting off, and to get on and off passengers at the relevant stations in the middle and high risk areas by car. Transit refers to people who have stayed in the relevant areas, including passengers who get on and off by car or train passing through relevant stations in medium and high-risk areas. The airport is located in the middle and high risk area, and the plane takes off and lands at the airport, which is regarded as "transit".
Epidemic prevention requirements for returning to Han from other places
(1) Active health declaration
Make health declaration in any of the following ways in advance, and truthfully fill in personal information:
1. Log in to "Hubei Office" APP- Health Code-Information Registration for Coming and Returning to Hubei-Wuhan for the record.
2. Log in to Alipay APP- Hubei Health Code-Return to Hubei Information Registration-Wuhan for filing.
3. Log in to the "WeChat" APP- Wuhan War Epidemic Situation-Health Code-Laihan Reporting System to report (only for those whose destination is Wuhan).
4, other officially recognized independent filing channels for the record, by the local authorities responsible for the final interpretation.
note:
1. If the personnel who come to (return to) China fail to declare information in time and do not carry out nucleic acid detection within 24 hours after arriving in China as required, the health code will pop up and be assigned to code management.
2. People coming to (returning to) Han should report to their communities (village committees), units (or hotels) within 0/2 hours after arriving in Han, conduct independent health monitoring for 7 days, and do not eat, get together or go to crowded places, and wear masks when going out.
(2) Isolation policy
(1) Close contacts. Implement "5-day centralized isolation +3-day home isolation", implement red team management during centralized isolation, and implement red team management during home isolation, and do not go out.
(2) Spillover effect in high-risk areas. Implement "7-day home isolation", during which the management personnel are given a red team and are not allowed to go out.
(3) entry-level personnel. Implement "5-day centralized isolation +3-day home isolation", implement red team management during centralized isolation, and implement red team management during home isolation, and do not go out. If the Ct value of nucleic acid detection is 35-40 when the entry personnel are released from centralized isolation, risk assessment will be carried out. If the immigrants are infected in the past, they will be "checked twice every three days" during the period of home isolation, and they will be managed by red team, and they are not allowed to go out. Important business people, sports groups, etc. During the closed-loop management without isolation, immigrants are given a yellow code and are not allowed to leave the management area.
(4) personnel in high-risk positions. Carry out "5-day home health monitoring" for employees in high-risk positions who have completed closed-loop operations, and implement yellow code management during this period, and do not go out unless necessary.
If the above-mentioned personnel do not have the conditions for home isolation, centralized isolation will still be implemented.
(3) nucleic acid demand
After coming (returning) to Han, the existing "landing check" must be carried out, and four nucleic acid tests are completed within five days, and the results are all negative, and the mark on the health code scanning page is cancelled.
Those who have been in China (back) for less than 5 days are not allowed to enter public places such as catering services (including bars), shopping centers (including department stores), supermarkets, vegetable markets, beauty salons, foot baths, indoor fitness, song and dance entertainment, amusement halls, Internet cafes, secret rooms, chess rooms and so on. At the same time, the display interfaces such as "health code" and "location code" will display the sign prompt "within 5 days of coming to China".
