Sophia Kangchun board is a green and environment-friendly board made of solid wood particles or wood fibers and formaldehyde-free adhesive at high temperature and high pressure during the manufacturing process of the board core.
Sophia's E0 grade is better than the national E 1 grade environmental protection grade, and the formaldehyde emission is very low. The Kangchun board uses MDI glue and adhesive without formaldehyde, which does not contain formaldehyde and does not decompose formaldehyde, so the formaldehyde release is close to zero.
Sophia veneer comes from Chatter, Germany, with clear lines, strong sense of reality and rich colors (6 1 color). Other brands mostly use domestic finishes, with blurred lines and poor realism. Melamine veneers produced in Xiate, Germany, are very wear-resistant and heat-resistant. Its hardness is three times harder than solid wood, and it is not easy to scratch. The surface is smooth and flat without losing the sense of solid wood.
