The air conditioner suddenly stopped during normal use.

1. The starting capacitor of the outdoor cooling fan is damaged, the fan does not turn, the temperature is too high, and the protection is turned off. Can be observed with the naked eye. If the starting capacitor is damaged, the fan starting capacitor needs to be replaced. 2. If the air conditioner timing mode is turned on and the time reaches the predetermined time point, the air conditioner will automatically stop, which is a normal phenomenon. Just restart the air conditioner. 3. If the air conditioner is in sleep mode, the remote control will automatically turn off when the temperature reaches the adjusted temperature. You can check the remote control, turn off sleep mode and change the mode to normal mode. 4. If the freon in the air conditioner is insufficient, it will also cause the air conditioner to fail to cool. If the internal temperature of the air conditioner is too high, the air conditioner will start the self-protection function and shut down. In order to make the indoor temperature conditions more suitable, many users set the air conditioning temperature according to the environmental requirements. When the air conditioner reaches the set temperature standard, the air conditioner will stop supplying air, so the air conditioner will be turned off. At this time, if only the set temperature of the air conditioner is increased, the air conditioner will continue to work after a period of time. 6. If the air conditioner stops during heating, it may also be caused by defrosting of the air conditioner. Because the air conditioner will frost due to heat exchange when heating, it will automatically defrost after working for a period of time, so the air conditioner will stop, but after defrosting, the air conditioner will resume heating. Sometimes when we are engaged in air conditioning maintenance, if we don't have a sensor at hand for the time being, we can plug a resistor of more than ten kiloohms into the connector of the sensor for temporary problem diagnosis and maintenance. Let's get this straight first. This is also the application of some of our usual maintenance methods.
