Which nutritional structure is more beneficial to health, chicken or broiler?

Native chickens and broilers are of course of high value in terms of nutritional value. Native chicken is what we call domestic chicken or chai chicken, and most of them are free-range. The main feed is grain and wild food, without chemical components such as food additives and hormones. With long growth cycle and tender meat, it is an excellent food for strengthening the body. It has no side effects on human body and can be called green food.

Broilers, commonly known as production chickens, are mostly kept in captivity. The feed is mainly synthetic feed with short growth cycle. Influenced by synthetic feed, this meat contains a lot of harmful substances such as additives, hormones and antibiotics, so it is called junk food.
