It is said that the disease comes from the cold, so strengthen the body and dispel the cold first. I also know that winter sickness is cured in summer, especially in dog days. People in our family are very obedient, hardly eat cold food, and use "warm" physical therapy to prevent and treat diseases.

If there is no air conditioner, electric fan and other refrigeration and windy appliances, you will sweat just sitting still, not to mention a small stove around you, and you are really steaming sauna all the time. A few days ago, a few small pimples with small white heads grew on my lips, which still hurt a little when I touched them gently. I didn't care too much. Today, I began to adjust. I took out a big water cup and put it beside me where I could see it. I take a sip from time to time to keep my mouth and body hydrated. It is said that tea will take away the water in the body, and after drinking a round of strong tea, it will be replaced by boiled water.

Through this, I will pay more attention to the signals my body gives me, which is a sign of health. It may show only a little water shortage, but it is the unhealthy function of the whole internal organs.

Each of us will receive signals from our bodies to some extent. Have you noticed? Especially now, we are too tired to have a good rest and eat, and even have no time to take care of the signals given by our bodies. We still think this is normal.

At present, our great pressure is not only physical, but also mental. As the saying goes, "too brainless." Thinking too much directly hurts the spleen and stomach.
