What's the difference between a food hygiene certificate and a health certificate?

Food health certificate refers to the provisions of Article 45 of the Food Safety Law: food producers and operators shall establish and implement the health management system for employees. Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food. Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts.

Relevant employees should go to the local CDC or physical examination unit for preventive health examination, and the physical examination results are consistent with the health certificate issued. When they go to the unit for inspection, they will ask the local market supervision administration or the food and drug supervision department to issue a health certificate.
